    JCY-80E(Y) is based on the national verification regulations JJG680-2007 "Verification Regulations for Smoke and Dust Samplers" and JJG968-2002 "Verification Regulations for Flue Gas Analyzers". It absorbs the advanced technology in the industry and is developed by Juchuang Environmental Protection. Intelligent smoke and gas tester, the technical performance index of this machine conforms to the relevant regulations of smoke and smoke sampler promulgated by the State Environmental Protection Administration, realizes the sampling and detection of smoke and smoke on the same machine, and greatly shortens the on-site work time. It is suitable for the determination of the emission concentration, converted concentration and total emission of various boilers and industrial kilns, and the harmful gases such as SO 2 , NO, NO 2 , CO, CO 2 , H 2 S in various boilers and industrial kilns Determination of emission concentration, converted concentration and total emission, and determination of the efficiency of various desulfurization equipment.


    2. Technical Features


    The main engine integrates differential pressure, micro pressure sensor, microprocessor, DC rotary vane pump, based on the constant velocity sampling principle of the pitot tube parallel method, automatically measures and tracks the flue gas flow velocity and collects soot at constant velocity;

    ■Integrated temperature sensor and pressure sensor in the host. Can measure and calculate all parameters including dynamic pressure, static pressure, total pressure, flue gas flow rate, dry and wet bulb temperature, moisture content, flue gas emissions, etc.;

    ■Imported SMD devices are selected, with high reliability, extremely low failure rate, greatly reduced instrument size, and easy portability;

    The two-in-one sampling gun for filter cartridge sampling and low-concentration filter membrane heating sampling is portable and practical;

    ■The parameters such as dynamic and static pressure, smoke temperature and other parameters can be directly read by the sampling gun, and there is no need to connect the pipeline to the host, which avoids the influence of the pipeline on the pressure and improves the measurement accuracy;

    ■Optional large-capacity lithium battery, the two-in-one sampling gun is powered by the host, the smoke sampling flow is 50L/min, and the low-concentration gun can be used continuously for more than 4 hours when the heating is started;

    ■The instrument integrates soot sampling, flue gas analysis, and one-way flue gas absorption sampling;

    ■The electrochemical sensor is integrated with the circuit board, which is simple and convenient for users to upgrade and replace;

    ■Automatically select and store monitoring data for query and printing, with a large amount of information;

    ■Automatically memorize the last input monitoring target working condition parameters, and use it automatically next time the machine is turned on;

    ■ 320 × 240 dot matrix STN LCD display, automatic backlight illumination. The Chinese menu shows the man-machine dialogue mode, with pictures and texts, simple and clear. Users can operate directly by virtue of the rich online operation prompts of the instrument.

    ■During the process of soot sampling, if the negative pressure of the flue is large, or the sampling hole is at the top of the horizontal flue, the soot collected in the filter cartridge is easy to be sucked back after sampling, resulting in serious data deviation. The instrument has special features to prevent sucking back;

    ■There are a lot of smoke and smoke monitoring data, and different users have different data requirements for different test purposes. The machine has the function of selecting printing items, and users can choose the data to be printed according to their needs;

    ■Power-off protection function, the instrument for dust sampling is suddenly powered off, and the instrument will prompt whether to continue sampling or save data when it is turned on again;

    ■You must enter a password when performing parameter calibration to ensure the security of the instrument memory data;

    ■ After the oil fume sampling tube is selected, it can meet the requirements of oil fume sampling in GB18483-2001 "Emission Standard of Oil Fume in Catering Industry";

    ■Supports printing in two ways: bluetooth and serial port, and the built-in bluetooth module is connected to a bluetooth printer for printing, which is more convenient and fast;
