JC-YQ-01 low-concentration smoke sampling gun is mainly used for the collection of particulate matter with a concentration of less than 50 mg/m³ in emissions from stationary pollution sources such as flues, chimneys, and exhaust pipes, and is also suitable for the concentration of emissions from stationary pollution sources. Collection of particulate matter below 200 mg/m³. The low-concentration sampling head (filter membrane + low-concentration head + filter membrane support net + aluminum foil ring) of the low-concentration smoke sampling gun can be weighed as a whole, minimizing the loss of particulate matter, and can be widely used in environmental protection, hygiene, Labor, safety supervision, military, scientific research, education and other fields.

2. Main features

Stainless steel outer sheath, there is a scale mark on the outside of the gun to check the size of the flue. Suitable for standard low concentration sampling head of Φ4 7mm, measuring hole diameter ≥Φ75mm.

Sampling can measure flue gas flow rate and flue temperature at the same time.

S-type pitot tube, platinum resistance, sampling tube integrated design, compact structure. The low-concentration sampling head can be weighed as a whole, which greatly reduces the sampling error.

The standard length of the gun body is 1.5 meters, which can be customized according to customer needs.

Equipped with sampling heads of different specifications, you can choose by yourself (4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm).

The high temperature of the smoke temperature sensor can measure 500 ℃.
