    The JCY-7031 portable flue gas pre-conditioner adopts a high-power compressor refrigerator, which can quickly condense and remove the moisture in the flue gas, minimize the influence of moisture on the flue gas detection results, and effectively improve the measurement of the flue gas analyzer. Accuracy, extending the life of the instrument. The whole machine adopts a high-precision controller, which has the characteristics of simple operation, fast dehydration speed, and small loss of flue gas components, and meets the requirements of national standards for flue gas sampling.


    2. Scope of application


    This product is widely used in flue gas pretreatment before flue gas analysis and measurement, especially for high humidity, low sulfur, ultra-low emission and other working conditions. It is widely used in environmental protection, sanitation, labor, safety supervision, scientific research, education and other departments.


    3. Technical characteristics


    1) It adopts high-power compressor for cooling, which has fast cooling speed and high cooling efficiency, and the cooling temperature can reach -10 ℃.

    2) The sampling pipeline is heated throughout the whole process, completely avoiding the condensation loss of flue gas in the sampling pipeline

    3) The inner wall of the sampling pipeline is made of polytetraethylene material, which can effectively avoid the loss of flue gas caused by the adsorption of the inner wall

    4) Both heating and cooling use DC low pressure, which is safer and more stable to use.

    5) Heating and cooling adopts PID double-screen control, with high temperature control accuracy and simple operation.

    6) Built-in metal sintering and PTFE two-stage filtration, high filtration efficiency, protect the back-end analyzer from particulate pollution.

    7) The sampling gun and the heating cable adopt an integrated design, the pipeline is thin and soft, and the use is flexible.

    8) It has an automatic drainage peristaltic pump, and the peristaltic pump is external, which is convenient for observation and replacement of pump tubes.

    9) Both the air circuit and the power interface adopt the quick-plug method, which is more convenient for on-site use.
