    The laboratory bottle washing machine JC-XPJ-200A controls the high-pressure water to wash the articles 360 degrees in an all-round and multi angle by microcomputer, and controls the water temperature, washing time and washing times.     Professional Structural Design

    1. The outer casing, cleaning pipelines, cleaning chamber, washing racks, etc. are all made of high-quality stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316L) pipes and valves, complying with relevant standards.
    2. The water and air docking between the washing racks and the inner wall of the cleaning chamber adopts an automatic sealing connection, minimizing water and pressure loss during the entire cleaning process and ensuring cleaning performance.
    3. Independent parallel water supply design for each layer of washing racks ensures consistent cleaning results for double-layer racks, avoiding unbalanced water pressure and uneven cleanliness caused by single-top pipeline water supply.
    4. Dual water inlet design, controlled by solenoid valves.
    5. Independent drain pump with water seal design in the drainage pipeline to prevent backflow of waste water.
