I. Product Introduction
The bottle washing machine offers laboratory operators an advanced, fully automatic laboratory glassware cleaning solution - when cleaning laboratory glassware such as beakers, pipettes, volumetric flasks, conical flasks, petri dishes, and test tubes, many laboratories carefully select the cleaning equipment they use. One of the reasons is to avoid the risk of being harmed by dangerous substances; manual cleaning may cause dangerous injuries, and infectious and toxic contaminants can pose health risks; during manual cleaning, cleaning agents often contain substances with strong irritants, which can affect human health; moreover, machine cleaning is more standardized, more effective, and more professional.
The fully automatic glassware cleaning machine adopts a closed, fully automatic operation program, minimizing potential risks in the laboratory and providing the best protection for the staff. The bottle washing machine can perform standard cleaning and disinfection on test tubes, pipettes, petri dishes, conical flasks, volumetric flasks, beakers, and other laboratory vessels, providing reliable and efficient cleaning guarantees for experiments.

III. Product Features Control system
1. Controlled by a microcomputer programmable controller, with a 7-inch color touch screen. The same interface can be used for parameter setting and modification. The cleaning steps and procedures in operation can be displayed on the same interface, and software upgrades are possible.
2. True-color liquid crystal display. Various cleaning program modules can be freely and unlimitedly combined. An infinite number of cleaning programs can be formed, and each cleaning module can be independently set, saved, and controlled.
3. 鈽匔leaning machine computer software system: The cleaning program has the advantages of manual cleaning. A certain program process can repeatedly clean the vessel in an artificial cleaning manner, and 20 system preset programs and fixed programs can be pre-stored, and 200 custom programs can be freely edited to meet different cleaning needs of customers.
4. Data storage function: Historical cleaning data can be traced, equipment components failure alarms, and diagnostic records can be checked.
5. The door is an automatic electronic safety door lock function. The instrument is locked automatically during operation and cannot be opened, preventing accidental opening of the door and causing steam injury. When it is necessary to open the door, the user must operate the screen touch to unlock the program.
6. Equipped with 2 PT100 temperature sensors. The temperature control is precise, and there is an independent temperature monitoring system.

Efficient circulating spray system
1. The circulating pump uses an imported pump, with a power of 750W, and a circulation volume of 295L/min.
2. 鈽匱he water outlet in the equipment cabin adopts top, back, and bottom water outlet methods, with a total of 3 water outlets, reducing the pressure loss of water flow in the circulating pipeline.
3. The water outlet in the cabin has an automatic sensing sealing function, which can automatically close and does not require manual blocking, making the operation convenient.
4. The equipment can be equipped with a pure water module or an external brand pilot-scale pure water machine. It is configured according to the normal pure water machine configuration, including pre-treatment, reverse osmosis membrane, etc., with a water conductivity of less than 30渭S/cm, meeting the water quality requirements for vessel cleaning (optional).
Blower drying system
1. A drying fan is used, with a fan power of 1100W, an air flow of 145m鲁/h, and a fast drying speed and high efficiency.
2. The heating power of the drying fan is 2400W, and the total power can reach 4000W. It can perform cold/hot air exchange drying for glass vessels, and the temperature/time can be adjusted, thereby avoiding vessel deformation due to high temperature and affecting the experimental test results.
3. The air duct system: The inlet and outlet of the air duct are equipped with HEPA (high-efficiency air filtration system) filters, effectively filtering 99.99% of the hot air coming from the fan to prevent contamination from outside air and the contamination of the cabin air to the outside.
4. The HEPA filter has a filter failure alarm function, and an alarm will be displayed on the screen before the filter fails.
5. Steam condensation system: A built-in steam condenser is equipped to avoid steam leakage and indoor pollution.
