One of the reasons is to avoid the risk of being harmed by dangerous substances; manual cleaning may cause dangerous injuries, and infectious and toxic contaminants can pose health risks; during manual cleaning, cleaning agents often contain substances with strong irritants, which can affect human health; moreover, machine cleaning is more standardized, more effective, and more professional.
The fully automatic glassware cleaning machine adopts a closed, fully automatic operation program, minimizing potential risks in the laboratory and providing the best protection for the staff. III. Control System
1. It is controlled by a microcomputer programmable controller. It features a 7-inch color touch screen. The same interface can be used for parameter setting and modification. The cleaning steps and programs in operation can also be displayed on the same interface. Software upgrades and connection to the laboratory Linux system are possible.
2. The true-color LCD display allows for the random and unlimited combination of various cleaning program modules. An infinite number of cleaning programs can be formed, and each cleaning module can be set, saved, and controlled independently.

5. The door is an automatic electronic safety door lock function. During the operation of the instrument, it automatically locks and cannot be opened to prevent accidental opening of the door and steam injury. When it is necessary to open the door, the user must perform program unlocking through screen touch operation.

IV. Efficient Circulating Spray System
1. The circulating pump uses an imported pump with a power of 750W and a circulation volume of 430L/min.

4. The equipment can be equipped with a pure water module or an external trial-scale pure water machine of the same brand. It can be operated according to the normal configuration of a pure water machine, including pre-treatment, reverse osmosis membrane, etc. The water conductivity is less than 30渭S/cm, meeting the water quality requirements for instrument cleaning (optional).
V. Blower Drying System
1. The drying fan has a power of 1100W and an air flow rate of 145m3/h. It dries quickly and efficiently.
2. The heating power of the drying fan is 2400W, and the total operating power can reach 5000W. It can perform cold/hot air exchange drying on glassware, with temperature/time adjustable, thus avoiding the deformation of the glassware due to high temperature and affecting the experimental test results.
3. The air duct system: The inlet and outlet of the air duct are equipped with HEPA (high-efficiency air filtration system) filters, which effectively filter 99.99% of the hot air coming from the fan to prevent external air from polluting the cabin and the cabin air from polluting the outside.
4. The HEPA filter has a filter failure alarm function, and an alarm will be displayed on the screen before the filter fails.
5. Steam condensation system: It is equipped with an internal steam condenser to prevent steam from leaking and causing indoor pollution.
