1. Product Introduction

This unit is a supporting sampling device for compressed air. It can work with particle counters and microbial air samplers to collect airborne particles and microorganisms in compressed air.

As required by the latest GMP standards, the cleanliness and microbial content of compressed air shall be tested. The JC‑YS200 is suitable for inlet pressure from 30 psi to 150 psi. A. For cleanliness testing: particle size ≥0.3 μm; available flow rates: 28.3 L/min, 50 L/min, 100 L/min. B. For microbial testing: compatible with microbial air samplers at 50 L/min and 100 L/min.

During sampling, there is no waste of inlet gas; 100% of the incoming gas is used for sampling. This product is versatile, safe and reliable. All core components are originally imported.
